"Not worth the money Breakfast was not included, no ice machine, no vending machines, and the problem with that is that was ZERO communication about this prior to my stay. My room was non-smoking, however the comforter had cigarette burns in it. When asked to change bedding, the response was no because maid service comes in the morning! Lack of communication, poor customer service, uncleanliness"

"If you are looking for a clean hotel, with comfortable beds, at a reasonable price, then this may be just what you are looking for. The place is very nice; the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided – Not a full hot breakfast, but enough to get you going. Overall it was a very great experience for me and my family. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip."

"Great Hotel and Location while visiting the Warriors Game"

"Stayed at the Quality Inn Hayward because it was in close proximity to the Golden State Warriors Arena. The hotel is clean and breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect as well right off the freeway."

"I stayed with my wife at the Quality Inn Hayward while visiting some family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and I had no complaints. I definitely will stay here again next time I am in town."
